Plov:
Prep:
- Cut 3 Carrots (Quarter and then how you like)
- Cut 1 large onion (quarters and then rings (do half first))
- Clean up garlic
- Cut 300g Meat (how big you like, think of Gulasch?)
Cooking:

Put onto put enough oil that it actually swims a bit and the basis is completely covered

Heat up

Insert meat (be careful w/ splashing)

Let it cook a bit while moving until meat is brown

Insert onion and shuffle it a bit until Onion are soft

Insert Carrots

Wash 200g of rice (rinse twice)

Add salt and enough water to that things are floating again

Put garlic in and wait 10min until water level dropped back to normal

Put Garlic out, reduce temperature to very low

Create surface of rice without mixing

Add water (slowly) until there is 2cm of water on rice

Try to mix rice only if you want, wait for 10min

At the end you should barely see any water
-
Add Garlic back in the middle, "hide" it in rice

Make 3 holes to see water level
-
With lid/towel wait 5min
-
Shuffle around, add water if needed

Let steam 20 more minutes

Put carlic out, mix
